Sabac Congregation of Orthodox Christian Peoples

This congregation organized many activities outside the regular activities within the church. The President and the clergyman of the brotherhood is Milan Pantelic, who with His Grace Sabac - Valjevo Bishop Lavrentije’s blessing, has organized the school of catechism since 1997. There are 40 students in this school, which is placed in a Local Community, in a part of Sabac called "Sipurske Livade". Because Mr. Pantelic was a parson in that Local Community, he also did a lot for the development of spiritual life in his parish. Very soon, a new church will be built here.

The school of catechism organized a few excursions to many monasteries throughout Serbia with a practical education inside monasteries. Also, lots of pamphlets of The Congregation of Orthodox Christian Peoples were published. Their main purpose was to spread and strengthen our orthodox faith, as well as to bring people back to a happy life established by their faith in God.
